This 30,000 square foot space was once home to Chicago's oldest Commonwealth Edison power plant. Keeping the integrity of the beautiful, historical open structure (a specialty most influenced by Jerry Kleiner), was a challenging but worthwhile pursuit. CIC was transformed into the city's most sought-after event space, accommodating up to 1000 guests. The L line, Chicago's transit system, loops around the space, adding to a true Chicago experience unlike any other.
