Influenced by the loud colors, bright costumes and striking theatrics of Rios most popular tradition, Carnivale, this space was created to be as explosive and passionate as the people there themselves. It was on my South American journey to Argentina and Brazil that I discovered the multitude of flavors used in Latin cuisine. The scrumptious meats and savory dishes expressed exactly how ALIVE the festival and flavors really are.
